In the appeal filed by the private-respondents under Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, Case No.1344 of 2025 Computer Case No.C202505000001344 (Yogendra Singh & others vs. Tej Bahadur Singh and others), order of status quo has been passed by the Additional Commissioner (Judicial), IInd, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur on 19.11.2025. 2. Aggrieved against the aforesaid, the petitioners have preferred the present writ petition. 3. It is argued that as stated in paragraph-34 and 35 of the writ petition that private- respondents are making unnecessary interference in the possession of the petitioners and they are also making efforts to somehow dispose the property of the petitioner.
