The only relief sought by the petitioners in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Aurai District Bhadohi to decide Case No.11794 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.T202516670611794) (Vikrama Vs. Manish Kumar and others) expeditiously. 3. From perusal of the record in transpires that nothing has been stated in the entire petition that there is any extraordinary situation nor any arguments has been made in this regard by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid case in a time bound manner except the fact that suit is filed in the year 2025. 4. In view of the above, no relief could be granted to the petitioners. However, respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Aurai District Bhadohi is expected to decide the aforesaid case strictly in accordanc
