The order dated 04.10.2025 passed by the respondent no.1- Commissioner, Jhansi Division, Jhansi in Case No.234/2024 is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. By the aforesaid order matter was remanded before the respondent no.3-Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Month, District Jhansi to decide the matter as fresh. Though various arguments were raised by counsel for the petitioner challenging the validity of the aforesaid order namely 04.10.2025 but ultimately a prayer has been made to direct the respondent no.3 to decide the matter expeditiously as per directions given by the respondent no.1 vide order dated 04.10.2025. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, without interfering with the order dated 04.10.2025 present writ petition is disposed
