It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that though a reply to the aforesaid notice has already been submitted by the petitioner but till date no final decision has been taken and on the other hand respondents are harassing the petitioner pursuant to the aforesaid notice. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 4.
