The proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was initiated by the petitioner by filing a case being Case No.00009 of 2025. The said proceeding was rejected due to non present of the petitioner by the order dated 07.04.2025 passed by the respondent no.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Burhanpur, District Azamgarh. Aggrieved against the aforesaid a restoration application was filed by the petitioner on 31.07.2025. 3.
