The present writ petition has been filed by the Land Management Committee, Gram Sabha Semari, Tappa Chandpar, Pargana Dhuriyapar, Tehsil Gola District Gorakhpur through its Pradhan namely Mrs. Ragini Tiwari. 2. When a query was raised by the Court that how a private counsel was engaged by the Gram Pradhan of the village, Shri Vishwanath Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner placed before this Court the Resolution passed by the Gram Sabha dated 02.09.2025.
