The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, District Shahjahanpur to decide the representation dated 17.10.2025 & 22.11.2025. 2. From perusal of the aforesaid representations, it is clear that the petitioner wants to resolve the dispute of boundary between him and the private respondents for which he has a remedy to approach the Sub Divisional Magistrate as provided under Section 24 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006. 3. In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that no relief could be granted to the petitioner and the petition devoid of merits and the same is hereby dismissed. (Prakash Padia,J.)
