Revenue Code, 2006 is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. It is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that against the aforesaid order, statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioners to file an appeal before appellate forum as provided under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedy. (Prakash Padia,J.)
