The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the respondent No.2/Additional Commissioner First Prayagraj Division Prayagraj to decide Appeal No.1446 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.C202302000001446) (Prem Singh Vs. Gaon Sabha) expeditiously. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the aforesaid case filed under Section 207 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 is pending since long and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision
