It is argued that till then no decision has been taken in the matter. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sikandara Bulandshahar will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 3.
