Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, Instruction dated 10.01.2026 received under the signature of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Kharja Bulandshahar placed before the Court, the same is taken on record. It is stated in the instructions that the petitioner has wholly illegally encroached the land in dispute. 2. Today when the matter is taken up, a preliminary objection has been raised by learned counsel for the respondents that against the order dated 30.12.2023(State Vs. Kamlesh Kumar and others), alternative statutory remedy is available to the petitioner to file revision as provided under Section 210 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006. 3. In view of the availability of alternative statutory remedy, the present petition is dismissed. (Prakash Padia,J.)
