Against the ex-parte orders dated 17.10.2018, 22.10.2018 & 20.05.2019, restoration application was filed by the private respondents namely Kirathpal Singh & Ramniwas in Case No.RST/7658/2025 (Computerized Case No.T202513740507658). In the aforesaid case, vide order dated 20.06.2025, the orders dated 17.10.2018, 22.10.2018 & 20.05.2019 has been recalled and the case has been restored to its original number. Aggrieved with the aforesaid order, the petitioner has preferred the present petition. 2. After some arguments, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Officer, Gunnaur, District Sambhal before whom the matter is pending to decide the same expeditiously. 3.
