The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition to direct the second-respondent namely Sub-Divisional Officer, Karchana Tehsil- Karchana, District- Prayagraj to register and decide the recall application dated 15.07.2025. 2. It is argued that Computer Case No.T802025036857 filed by the petitioner under Section 80 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was rejected due to non-payment of necessary court fees vide order dated 30.06.2025. 3. Aggrieved against the aforesaid, recall application dated 15.07.2025 was filed by the petitioner under Order 9 Rule 13 of the Code of Civil Procedure and copy of which is appended as Annexure-6 to the writ petition. It further appears from perusal of the record that aforesaid application was submitted by the petitioner through registered post. 4. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5.
