After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only to the effect to direct the respondent No.2/Tehsildar (Judicial) Sadar District Jaunpur to decide restoration application No.04.08.2025 filed in Case No.15826 of 2022 (Pushpa Yadav Vs. Ashok Kumar Singh) under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the private respondents to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the private parties feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is pending before the respondent No.2 since long and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 4. In the facts and ci
