The petitioners have preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the concerned respondent to enter the name of the petitioner from Class 3 to Class 2 pursuant to the provisions under Section 76(1)(dd) of the U.P.Land Revenue Code, 2006. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioners that in this regard, an application has been submitted by the petitioner before respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sahabad, District Rampur and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken. 3. Learned Standing Counsel argued that in case, the petitioners will file fresh application, the respondent No.3 will pass appropriate order in the matter expeditiously. 4.
