Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioners that father of the petitioners was allotted a land for 30 years for tree plantation on 27.08.1990. He placed reliance upon condition No.15 of the aforesaid allotment letter which reads as follows :- "पट्टे की अवधि समाप्त होने पर, पट्टाधारक के आचरण और शर्तों के अनुपालन के आधार पर, राज्य सरकार के विवेक पर पट्टे का नवीनीकरण किया जा सकता है। नवीनीकरण हेतु आवेदन, अवधि समाप्त होने से कम से कम 6 माह पूर्व प्रस्तुत करना होगा।" 3.
