The order dated 13.09.2024 by which restoration application filed by the respondent no.1-Vijay Singh was allowed as well as order dated 24.09.2025 passed by the respondent no.3-Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Aliganj, District Etah passed in the appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 35 (2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order dated 24.09.2025 statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file a revision before the Board of Revenue or before the Commissioner, concerned, as provided under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. Since statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file a revision as provided under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the present writ petition is dismissed. (Prakash Padia,
