The order dated 13.11.2025 passed by the Tehsildar, Tehsil-Nababganj, District Bareilly in the proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-State that against the aforesaid order statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioners to file an appeal before the Sub Divisional Magistrate as provided under sub Section (2) of Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. This fact is also admitted by counsel for the petitioners. 4. In view of the same, present writ petition is dismissed on the ground of statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioners to file an appeal before the Sub Divisional Magistrate as provided under sub Section (2) of Section 35 of the U.P.
