The aforesaid application is supported by an affidavit of one Deepak Kumar son of the petitioner. 2. It is stated in paragraph-6 of the aforesaid affidavit filed in support of the aforesaid application that settlement has been entered between the private-respondents and the petitioner. Hence, the decision has been taken to withdraw the present writ petition. 3. Cause shown is sufficient. Application is allowed.
