It is argued that by the aforesaid order, the complaint filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was rejected without providing any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Aggrieved against the aforesaid, the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition. 3. Heard Shri Prashant Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 4. From perusal of the record it appears that in the proceedings initiated by the petitioner along-with others under Section 24 of the U.P.
