Heard learned counsels for the parties. 3. By means of this petition, a prayer has been made to direct the District Magistrate, Lucknow (opposite party no.2) to execute the recovery certificate dated 23.09.2025 issued by the Secretary, U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Lucknow for recovery of the amount of Rs.11,77,595/- from respondent no.4. 4. In paragraph no.10 of the writ petition, it has categorically been stated by the petitioner that no appeal has been filed against the order dated 04.05.2024 passed by the U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority, pursuant to which recovery certificate dated 23.09.2025 was issued.
