A peace of land situated at Khasra No.505M area 0.0180 hectare situated at Tehduakalan, Tehsil Lalganj District Mirzapur was allotted to the petitioner on 25.02.2019. When the respondent No.5/Gangai started encroachment over the land in dispute, the petitioner initiated proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 in which order dated 28.05.2022 was passed by the respondent No.4/Tehsildar, Tehsil Lalganj District Mirzapur by the respondent No.5 was evicted from the land in question. It is argued that though the aforesaid order has become final but till date the same has not been complied with. 2.
