It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the proceedings initiated by the petitioners under Section 24 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006, an order was passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Manjhanpur District Kaushambi on 29.11.2023. It is argued that despite the aforesaid order, private respondents are interfering in the peaceful possession of the petitioner. It is argued that in this regard, a representation has already been made by the petitioner before the Collector Kaushami on 14.01.2026 but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that in case, the petitioners are aggrieved with the non-compliance of the order dated 19.11.2023, he has remedy to move appropriate application as provided under Section 23 of U.P.
