The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Phoolpur Prayagraj to decide Case No.194 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.T202402030200194) (Rizwan Alam Vs. Gram Sabha) expeditiously. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an application filed under Sub- Section (3) of Section 24 of the U.P.
