However, in case respondent/respondents feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. It is argued by counsel for the petitioners that two applications namely 16.04.2025 and 06.10.2025 is pending consideration before the respondent no.2-Commissioner, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur but till date no decision has been taken hence present writ petition. 4.
