The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent No.2 and 3 for handing over the physical possession to the petitioner over the Gata No. 43 area about 0.071 hectare in pursuant to the demarcation made on 17-08-2025 in compliance of the order dated 09.07.2025 passed by SDM, Sadar, Mau in Case No.6851 of 2024 (Sharvan Kumar vs. Gram Sabha) U/s 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and permitted to the petitioner to cultivate his agricultural land after taken physical possession. 2. It is argued by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent that in case the petitioner will raise his grievances before the Respondent No.3, Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Mau, he will take a decision in the matter, expeditiously. 3.
