The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent No.2 to construct Government Medh over Arazi No.404 area 0.648 hectare situated at Mauja Belwa Teaker, Tappa Matkopa, Pargana- Haveli, Tehsil- Sadar, District- Maharajganj within stipulated period. 2. It is argued by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent that in case the petitioner will raise fresh representation ventilating all his grievances annexing all the relevant papers and documents before the Respondent No.2 namely Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Maharajganj, he will take a decision in the matter, expeditiously. 3.
