R.E.R.A. to inform the Court that the recovery certificate issued to the revenue authorities has been returned back to R.E.R.A. saying that the office of the company in question is not traceable and therefore, it is not possible to effect the recovery. 3.Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue other remedies and for R.E.R.A. to proceed as per law.
