The proceedings under Section 67 of U.P Land Revenue Code, 2006 was intiated against the respondent No.4/Virendra on the report submitted by the Lakhpal in the Court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Bansdih/respondent No.3 District Ballia which was registered as Case No.02837 of 2020 (Computerized Case No.T202015090602837) (Report Lekhpal Vs. Virendra). In the aforesaid case, an order of eviction has been passed by the respondent No.3 against respondent No.5 on 25.08.2025.
