It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that an application under Sub Section 3 of Section 38 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration before the Revenue Authorities in which report has already been submitted but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 3.On the other hand, it is argued by learned counsel for the respondents that the concerned authority will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 4.
