The only relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Phoolpur District Prayagraj to decide Suit No.324 of 2024 which has been converted into Suit No.6803 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.T202402030206803) (Gulab Nath Shukla Vs. Rakesh Chandra and others) filed under Section 116 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously. 3. From perusal of the record, in transpires that nothing has been stated in the entire petition that there is any extraordinary situation nor any arguments has been made in this regard by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the court below to decide the aforesaid case in a time bound manner except the fact that suit is filed in the year 2024. 4.
