Revenue Code, 2006 was filed by the petitioner before the respondent no.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Dhaulana, District Hapur on 13.10.2025 supported by an affidavit. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that even case number has not been allotted till date. 3. In this view of the matter and also in the interest of justice, present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the respondent no.2 to allot regular number in the aforesaid case without any further delay and thereafter decided the same strictly in accordance with law expeditiously, if there is no legal impediment.
