It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that an application/representation dated 05.12.2025 has been submitted by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Jaunpur/respondent No.2 to provide copy of the map as per direction issued by the State Government in its order dated 22.02.2025 and 19.08.2025. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed directing the petitioner to submit a copy of the application 05.12.2025 along with certified copy of this order before the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Jaunpur within two weeks from today. In case, the petitioner does so, the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter within six weeks. (Prakash Padia,J.) January 21
