Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the private respondents to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the private parties feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Tehsildar, Tehsil Meja, District Prayagraj to decide Restoration Application No.596 of 2023 filed in Case No.3759 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.202402030803759) (Mewa Lal Vs. Rajkaran) expeditiously. 4. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is pending before the respondent No.2 since long and considerable time has already been lapsed but ti
