The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to quash the order dated 01.12.2025 passed by the respondent no.5-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sambhal in Case No.9591 of 2025 under Section 101 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 the proceedings initiated by one respondent no.7. 2. When the query was raised by this Court that how petitioner is aggrieved against the said order, it is argued by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is a Member of Gram Sabha and doing the social work for public purpose. As per declaration made in the affidavit age of the petitioner is only 21 years. Nothing has been stated in the entire writ petition that what kind of social work has been done by the petitioner till date.
