Against the order dated 26.10.2025 passed by the Naib Tehsildar, Robertsganj in Case No.4392 of 2024 statutory appeal as provided under Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was filed by the petitioner before the respondent no.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra on 21.11.2025. In the said appeal an application was also filed with the prayer to direct the parties to maintain status quo. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that interim relief is urgently required in the matter. For the reasons best known to the respondent no.2 till date no orders whatsoever has been passed in the aforesaid appeal by him. Though the aforesaid appeal is statutory in nature. 3.
