Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-State and perused the records. 2. The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayers :- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2, the Sub District Magistrate, Tehsil Sevrai, District Ghazipur, to fix the boundary of the Khasra No. 3554 situated in Mauja Nauli (Jamaniya), Pargana & Tehsil Sevrai, District Ghazipur, expeditiously as possible as within stipulated time fixed by the Hon'ble Court." 3. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 07.02.2023 respondent no.2-Sub District Magistrate, Tehsil-Sevrai, District Ghazipur has directed the Tehsildar, Sevrai to fix the boundary of the land but till date no action has been taken. 4.
