Revenue Code, 2006 was initiated against the petitioner on the report of the Lekhpal / Secretary Land Management Committee dated 21.06.2024, the same was registered as Case No.4314 of 2024, Computer Case No.T202411170704314. 2. The aforesaid case was dismissed by the Respondent No.3 namely Assistant Collector- Ist Class, Tehsildar, Tehsil Dibai, District Bulandshahr vide order dated 07.05.2025. 3. Aggrieved against the aforesaid, State of U.P. preferred time barred appeal under sub-section (5) of Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the District Magistrate, Bulandshahar. The said appeal was allowed by the Collector, Bulandshahr/ Respondent No.2 on 11.12.2025.
