After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer and prayed that respondent No.4 namely Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Machchalishahar, District Jaunpur be directed to decide the Suit No.145 of 2023, Computer Case No.T202314360300145 filed by the petitioner under Section 144 of the U.P.
