It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that against the order dated 12.08.2025 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar Gorakhpur, the petitioner has preferred statutory No.2101 of 2025 (Computer case No.C202505000002101) (Kaushal Kumar Pandey @ Kaushal Kishor and others Vs. Aniruddha Rai and others) under section 24 (4) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 along with stay application has been filed before the respondent No.2/Commissioner Gorakhpur Division Gorakhpur. It is argued that the stay application of the petitioner has been rejected by the respondent No.2 vide order dated 21.08.2025 without considering the material facts. After some arguements, ultimately a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid appeal expeditiously. 2.
