The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Nautanwa, District Maharajganj to decide Case No.T202505470315127 (Ramesh Chandra and others Vs. Ishwar Chandra and others) expeditiously. 4.
