It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the pending proceedings under Section 67-A of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 being Case No.452 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.T202415060800420) (Om Prakash Rajbhar Vs. Hari Lal), a restoration application has been filed by the petitioner on 20.12.2017 which is still pending since then. It is argued that apart from the same, another restoration application has also been filed by the Gaon Sabha on 01.07.2024 which is also pending. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 2.
