The order dated 04.06.2025 passed by the Additional Commissioner (Administration) Jhansi Division Jhansi in the proceedings under Section 207 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 being Appeal/Case No.58 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.C202506000000058) is under challenge in the present petition. 2. Today when the matter is taken up, a preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the aforesaid order, a statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file second appeal as provided under Section 208 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006, therefore the present petition is not maintainable. 3. In view of the availability of alternative remedy, the present petition is dismissed. 4.
