On the application submitted by the father of the petitioner Rambhool (now deceased), the proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 was initiated which was registered as Case No.5071 of 2023 (Rambhool Singh Vs. Mangal Singh), the aforesaid case was partly allowed by the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Budhana, District Muzaffar Nagar vide order dated 27.12.2023. Aggrieved with the aforesaid order, father of the petitioner Rambhool filed appeal before the Commissioner Saharanpur Division Saharanpur as provided under Sub Section 4 of Section 24 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 which was rejected by the respondent No.2/Additional Commissioner (Administration) Saharanpur Division Saharanpur vide order dated 20.11.2025.
