The order of recovery issued by the Tehsildar, Amariya, District Pilibhit/respondent no.4 dated 30.12.2024 is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. It appears from perusal of the writ petition that pursuant to the notification published for auction of a pond, petitioner applied and thereafter a lease deed was executed in favour of the petitioner for a period of ten years, i.e., between 08.08.2018 till 07.08.2028, which was executed on 08.08.2018, copy of which is appended as annexure-2 to the writ petition. Subsequent to the aforesaid, as per terms and conditions of the aforesaid lease deed petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- per year on or before 30th June. 3. It is stated in paragraph-10 of the writ petition that petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.12500/- on 20.07.2018 and Rs.37500/- on 04.09.2018 for a period of one year. Subse
