The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the district administration to remove the illegal encroachment made by the land belonging to the petitioner. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that in this regard a representation has already been made by the petitioner before the District Collector, Amroha on 30.12.2025 but till date no decision has been taken on the same. 3. From perusal of the record it is clear that petitioner is seeking relief against the private respondents no.5 to 7. 4. The existence of a right in favour of an aggrieved party furnishes the locus standi to maintain a writ petition as held in Vinoy Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and others reported in (2001) 4 SCC 734 thus: "2.
