The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the prayer to direct the Respondent No.2 to decide the Case No.1840/2025 Computerized Case No.T202505310101840 (Gram Sabha Vs. Ram Jiyawan) u/s 67 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 within stipulated period. 2. After going through the record, it appears that the petitioner is a complainant, hence the Court is of the opinion that the petition filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable. 3. At this point of time, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as not pressed. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5.
