The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to direct the Respondent No.3 namely Tehsildar Sadar, District Amroha to decide application dated 19.11.2025 filed under Section 33 (1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2016. A further prayer has been made that the application of the petitioner may be decided in view of Section 2 of the Muslim Personal Law (SHARIAT) Application Act, 1937. 2. Heard counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents. 3. Heard counsel for the parties present and perused the record. 4. With the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the Respondent No.3 namely Tehsildar Sadar, District Amroha before whom the aforesaid application filed by the petitioner is pending to take a decision on the same, strictly in accordance with law without grating unnecessary adjournment.
