After some arguements counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer and argued that the Additional Commissioner, Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj, before whom statutory appeal filed by the respondent no.5 under sub-Section 4 of Section 24 of the Revenue Code, 2006 is pending and in the pending appeal filed by the respondent no.5, an application dated 09.01.2026 was filed by the petitioner, which is still pending consideration hence a prayer has been made to direct the respondent no.6 to decide the same expeditiously. 4.
