Vide order dated 18.12.2021 case filed by the petitioner under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was dismissed for the want of prosecution by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Handia/ Respondent No.2. 2. In order to recall the aforesaid order, an application dated 24.03.2025 was filed by the petitioner along-with an application for condonation of delay. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken, hence the present writ petition. 3. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Respondent No.2, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Handia, District - Prayagraj to consider and decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law expeditiously
